Rehabilitation services – employee information

Get support when you need it from our rehabilitation specialists

Our rehabilitation services – available to those covered by a Zurich Group Income Protection policy – have been carefully designed to support those who find themselves struggling at work or who are absent due to a serious illness or injury. We're here to provide support and guidance to help you get back to work, when the time is right.

Our rehabilitation support is provided by an in-house team of medically-qualified, experienced rehabilitation specialists. They include general nurses with comprehensive medical specialties, mental health nurses and physiotherapists.

We will work you and your employer to support your return to good health, and where, possible, help prevent the need for an absence from work. This may include providing guidance to your employer about reasonable adjustments to your working hours, duties, or workplace.
