From the moment our customers contact us to make a claim, they'll have the choice of how they want to hear from us – by post, phone, or email. We’ve made our claims process as simple as possible, including online claim forms and electronic signatures, ensuring our customers receive an efficient and no-fuss service.

A call or email to our claims team is all we need to start the claims process. We can validate UK deaths online, meaning we can usually start the claims process without the need to see the original death certificate.

Once a claim is admitted, we ensure all payments are made promptly to the trustees of the scheme.
