Our customers and their employees will have access to specialist support and services from our in-house clinical team.

Our sympathetic and knowledgeable case managers are here to provide tailored guidance and support.

Our dedicated case managers will talk through the process of making a claim and answer any questions or concerns that come up.

Having a dedicated point of contact means just that – our customers will have direct contact details for their case manager. They’ll never have to go through a contact centre, avoiding unnecessary repetition at what will undoubtedly be a difficult time.

We understand that every claim is different, which means that the guidance and support that we offer will always be bespoke and relevant to the situation.

We’ve made our claims process as simple as possible, including online claim forms and electronic signatures, ensuring our customers receive an efficient and no-fuss service.

A simple call or email to our team is all it takes to notify us of a claim, we’ll then gather all the information we need to start the claims process.
