Our new partnership with Reframe

Reframe’s Cancer Support Service and Information Hub is now available to our Group Critical Illness customers and their employees, working alongside our own in-house Critical Illness Support Service. This new service is here to support those that have received a new cancer diagnosis and to make sure that they have a dedicated expert to help them access the right information, the right specialists and the right support at a time when it's needed most.

Ask-ahead service

Our in-house service is designed to help Group Critical Illness customers and their employees, with any questions they may have relating to the conditions covered in a policy, and the likelihood of a claim being paid, either before a claim is submitted or at point of election or change in benefit. The team can also help with employee queries relating to what levels of cover have been agreed with their employer. This service has been designed to ensure that employees can make informed choices and better understand their options.

MHFA courses for 2025

Our popular Mental Health First Aid courses for our Group Income Protection customers are back. To qualify for the Refresher course attendees must already have qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, hold a Mental Health qualification at level 3 or above, or BTEC or National Diploma in Mental Health.
