Zurich Wealth business sold to Embark

As of 1st May 2020 a section of Zurich’s Savings & Investments business has been sold to Embark.

What does this mean for me?

Accessing your account

The following products:

  • Zurich Portfolio (which includes Stocks & Shares ISA, Cash ISA, Investment Account, Retirement Account, Junior Stocks & Shares ISA and Junior Retirement Account)
  • Sterling ISA
  • Sterling Investment Account

have been transferred to Embark and they have taken over the operation and provision of these products. Your accounts will stay invested in the same funds or assets as they were under Zurich and continue to be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) If you need further information on the transfer to Embark, please see our FAQs.

Customers who purchased an ISA directly from this website can still login, view your dashboard, mailbox & bookshelf, perform account maintenance, or register for online services through Embark’s Platform.

Horizon Funds

The Horizon fund range has also been transferred to Embark. If you require further information, this can be found on the Embark Horizon site.

Life Protection Policies

All protection polices are unaffected by this sale. From 1 May 2020, you will no longer be able to view your life insurance plan through the Zurich Direct portal but you can find more information on our Manage your life insurance page.


Applying for a new ISA

If you are looking to take out an Individual Savings Account (ISA) with Zurich, unfortunately you are no longer able to do so. You can apply for an ISA from other providers through your independent financial adviser, if you already have one.
