We understand that our clients are relying on our expertise and support. So we’re here for them whenever they need us – at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year. Wherever our clients are in the world, they can call our single claims helpline and we will act immediately to deal with their emergency, whatever the loss.

To deliver the highest quality of service, we provide our clients with their own multi-skilled and professionally qualified claims specialist. As the client’s dedicated contact, they will take responsibility for resolving the claim – keeping you regularly updated and ensuring complete satisfaction with the outcome.

We appreciate that every situation is unique so we will settle our client’s claim in the way that best suits their individual needs. Our clients can select their own contractor or supplier or use one of our recommended specialists. Alternatively, they can choose to receive a full cash settlement, which will be paid into their chosen bank account within 48 hours of agreeing settlement.
