Using Zurich FutureYou

Problems getting started or setting up your Zurich FutureYou account?

1. I've forgotten my sign in details.

Don’t worry; it’s easy to sort. You can reset your Zurich FutureYou email address and password by going back to the Zurich FutureYou sign in page. Once there, just click on the ‘Forgot your details?’ link. Tell us your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you’ve forgotten your email address, click on ‘Contact us’.


2. Can I change my email address?

Changing your email address is straightforward. Sign in to Zurich FutureYou and click on ‘Account’, which should be shown at the top of the page. In the drop down box is an option to ‘Change Email’. Just click on the link and follow the instructions.


3. How do I get all the latest news from Zurich FutureYou?

Just sign in to Zurich FutureYou and click on ‘Account’, which should be shown at the top of the page. Once in Account, simply tick the box next to ‘Please email me with things you think I’ll like’. There, done. Simple.


4. Can I unsubscribe from marketing mailings?

Of course! We’d like to keep in touch, but the last thing we want is to send you stuff that puts your back up. The quickest way to unsubscribe is to click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of the last email we sent you. If you’ve binned the last email from us, you can sign in to Zurich FutureYou and click on ‘Account’, which should be shown at the top of the page. Once in Account, simply un-tick the box next to ‘Please email me with things you think I’ll like’. You can always re-tick the box if you want to start receiving emails again.
