Zurich operates an Annual Bonus Scheme (known as Short Term Incentive Plan) where both your personal performance and the business performance determine your personal award.
The business performance determines the available funding whilst your individual performance measured against objectives determines your specific award. Details of the scheme and your personal target are detailed in your contract.
Zurich focuses on the development of their employees and has a Group Performance Management System which ensures all employees have a Personal Development Plan and clear measurable objective which are linked to strategic business objectives. These are discussed and managed with regular 1:1 sessions with your manager as well as a mid-year and annual review.
