Life insurance for myself

Why get life insurance if you have no dependants?

Life insurance isn’t all about leaving something behind if you die. There are different types of life insurance that can help protect your income if you become too ill or injured to work and insurance that provides financial support if you were diagnosed with a critical illness.

It’s easy to think “it won’t happen to me”, but if the worst should happen, our income protection and critical illness cover could help pay your mortgage or just help you cope with the bills and expenses.

Think about

Life insurance

Whilst you may not have anyone who financially depends on you, you may want to leave something behind to cover debts and funeral costs.

Our life insurance pays out if you die within the term of the plan, providing a cash sum that can be used to clear your debts and pay funeral costs.

Critical illness cover

You should consider how you would cope financially if you were diagnosed with a critical illness.

Critical illness cover can provide you with a cash sum so you can concentrate on getting better rather than worrying about how to keep a roof over your head.
