I joined Zurich in September 2011 as a Customer Relationship Manager. Prior to this I have worked in a mixture of different roles within the Group Risk Market since 1989 from administration, team leadership, process management and relationship management.
My responsibilities include managing a portfolio of highly valued customers.
I like to build trusted long-term relationship with them, and their advisers, to make sure they receive the best possible service and attention so that they are happy to leave their business with us when it comes up for review
I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service so this role is perfect for me.
