A truly dedicated service
We understand the importance of dealing with claims quickly and that's why you'll have your own Dedicated Case Manger.
Your case manager will support you throughout the claim and if required, will work closely with our in-house rehabilitation services.
There are no claim forms to complete, your case manger will gather all the information needed over the phone and we've introduced eSignatures to remove the need for paper consents.
This, coupled with our 48 hour turnaround for all aspects of claims processing, means claim decision waiting times have been reduced by as much 4-5 weeks.
