Claims Case Manager
Prior to joining Zurich in 2015 I worked in customer services for seven years. It is the perfect opportunity to combine my customer service expertise with a more technical role as a Life Claims Case Manager.
I handle each claim from start to finish, working with the employer and employees to complete any paperwork required, collect evidence, assess the claim and ensure payments are made. I am also a key member of the team in supporting other claims managers with their work from chasing medical reports to paying invoices.
I really enjoy delivering on customer promises. My main motivation is helping those who need it and making a difference to the lives of the end customer.

We appreciate how important it is to assess claims quickly and without fuss and that’s why we have a same day next day turnaround on all aspects of claims processing. We’ve also developed an innovative telephone based approach using eSignatures to remove the need for our customers to complete any paperwork.
I work closely with our Medical Rehabilitation Team and we can talk about the support that they can provide you and your employees, such as carrying out a rehabilitation assessment or helping to arrange a graded return to work. In some cases we can even arrange and fund treatment to help your employees return to work sooner.
I’ll agree a contact strategy with you to make sure that you get regular updates on any absences that you have notified to me including a weekly pipeline report to keep you up to date.
