Claims Case Manager
I started working in the Group Claims team at Zurich in June 2017, as a Claims Case Manager for Income Protection. Having been a project manager previously, customer support and satisfaction are important to me when handling each case.
I will be your dedicated Case Manager, taking your claim from the initial notification, gathering evidence, assessing the claim and in some cases working with the rehabilitation staff to help you return to work.
I will act as a form of support throughout the claim for both you and your employer, keeping everybody updated regularly.
We appreciate how important it is to assess claims quickly and without fuss and that’s why we have a same day next day turnaround on all aspects of claims processing. We’ve also developed an innovative telephone based approach using eSignatures to remove the need for our customers to complete any paperwork.
I work closely with our Medical Rehabilitation Team and we can talk about the support that they can provide you and your employees, such as carrying out a rehabilitation assessment or helping to arrange a graded return to work. In some cases we can even arrange and fund treatment to help your employees return to work sooner.
I’ll agree a contact strategy with you to make sure that you get regular updates on any absences that you have notified to me including a weekly pipeline report to keep you up to date.
