These include access to a dedicated claims case manager, fast paperless claims plus the introduction of eSignatures, which means we can accept online consent. These initiatives really speed up the whole claims process, in some cases by as much as 4-5 weeks. We also offer a comprehensive rehabilitation service for our income protection customers.
