I joined the Group Income Protection team as a Claims Case Manager in August 2018. I originally joined Zurich in 1996 and worked here for 8 years before leaving and re-joining in January 2018.

I really enjoy helping people who are going through a tough time in their lives. I can’t change what has happened to them but I can help them financially going forwards, with the minimum of fuss.

We appreciate how important it is to assess claims quickly and without fuss and that’s why we have a same day next day turnaround on all aspects of claims processing. We’ve also developed an innovative telephone based approach using eSignatures to remove the need for our customers to complete any paperwork.

I work closely with our Medical Rehabilitation Team and we can talk about the support that they can provide you and your employees, such as carrying out a rehabilitation assessment or helping to arrange a graded return to work. In some cases we can even arrange and fund treatment to help your employees return to work sooner.

I’ll agree a contact strategy with you to make sure that you get regular updates on any absences that you have notified to me including a weekly pipeline report to keep you up to date.
