If your charity employs someone you will need to purchase this cover to abide with UK law. It is required in order to defend or settle a claim made against your organisation by an employee who believes that they have suffered injury or disease in the course of their work.
This Insurance offers protection to the customers of organisations who hire out their premises. It provides cover for the hirer against accidental damage to third party property and compensation for accidental injury to third parties.
