Please note that they will ask you for any documents you will need to submit in support of your claim. In order to help us deal with your claim as quickly and easily as possible, it would help if you can gather the following ahead of us getting in touch:

  • Photos you have to show how access was gained (if applicable)
  • Original receipts or invoices for purchase of lost/damaged items
  • Quotes you have for replacing the items lost
