The Zurich Community Trust is delighted to offer charities and community organisations the opportunity to benefit from free online training developed by Zurich members of staff.
In response to feedback from the charities, community organisations and schools that we work with through Zurich's Community Trust, 24 volunteers from Zurich have developed 9 bite-sized "webinars" covering three subject areas.
These are around the much talked about subject of 'Social Return on Investment, the fast moving area of "Social Media" and the ever present need for "Persuasive Presentation Skills". The training sessions will take place on the following dates:

- 10 November
- 24 November
- 8 December
Harness the power of social media
- 29 November
- 6 December
- 13 December
If you haven't taken part in a "webinar" before all you need is a PC or lap top connected to the internet and a telephone.
You will see the content of the course in front of you on your screen and you will hear the trainers through your telephone.
Each of these "webinars" will last between 60 and 90 minutes with the second and third "webinar" building on what you have learnt in the previous one. Equally, if you feel you would like to just join in at the second or third one, then that's fine. Time will also be given for any questions that you may have.
