The business also has membership of Business in the Community and recently was awarded a Big Tick for leadership in the community this year.
So when it comes to selecting major new Transformation programmes that focus on key social issues, the Community Trust team know where to start and who to consult with to select programmes on social issues that are often overlooked and where we can have the biggest impact.
For the employee involvement programme, 'Zurich Cares', employees at every level are involved. Zurich Community Trust's Board of Trustees and Trust Executive will agree the programmes and charity committees will consider grant applications. All have the support of a manager from the Trust.
