Our support

We offer support in three distinct ways, though always in partnership:

• The India Programme uses an innovative approach to capacity building funding, which has been developed in conjunction with our partners. We support a proportion of an organisation’s running costs, which allows our partners to really concentrate on sustainability. This approach has been running for five years and we believe has had significant benefits for our partners.
• Partners Network - a unique opportunity for small and large organisations to network. Partners may come from a diverse range of voluntary organisations but they share common problems.  This forum allows them to share, discuss and try to solve together.
• Assignments - Zurich staff volunteer to work on a project in India for up to one month. This provides vital management support for the partners. It also provides an excellent, cost-effective management development opportunity for the individual
