Working with voluntary organisations we give our time, money and skills to help the most disadvantaged people in society achieve a more independent future for themselves.

In 2007 we:

• Supported over 700 UK and overseas charities. 
• Donated over £750,000 to support 64,000 disadvantaged people through our staff programme alone
• Encouraged around 2,000 staff to volunteer their time to 200 charities, including through the annual teambuilding Challenge event which involved 180 Challenges across the UK
• Enabled 23% of our people to give to charity each month through our Give As You Earn scheme
