Selecting programmes

We constantly review best practice in the volunteering sector, and we are members of the Corporate Responsibility Group and Business in the Community.

Employees, managers and directors volunteer to sit on charity committees, including volunteer committees at our locations across the UK.

We invite all employees to select activities to support from the ideas of our staff volunteers, requests from the voluntary sector and by adopting national initiatives.

It's ultimately the responsibility of the committee, with the support of a manager from Community Affairs, to organise the volunteering programmes in the different locations.
