• We only collect the data you provide to us under the "Contact Us" facility on this website or when you download and complete an application for funding. This includes your name, name of your voluntary organisation if appropriate, address, postcode, e-mail address, telephone number and details of your enquiry. The only information that you are obliged to enter is your name and e-mail address. The other details are optional. Once you have inserted your details we will use them to process any application for funding.

• When you use this website we will log your IP (Internet Protocol) address (this is a unique reference number allocated to a computer when accessing the Internet) and collect basic information about the way you use the site during your visit. This information is used only for site navigation and systems administration purposes.
