In our role as administrator for the Trustees, we may also record information about the way you have used our website, in order to improve the way it operates.

The site enables members of the Plan to access specific content and data by means of a user number and password. These will be supplied by Zurich only. By logging into any secure area, you are granting permission to the Trustees, Zurich and Royal Mail Group, and other appointed data handlers, software providers and web infrastructure providers to provide that data to you via the site. Some of your personal data may be stored on the site for your convenience.
We may disclose personal data to one or more of our service providers, insurers or fund managers where necessary in order to provide you with information, or in relation to benefit claims. In these circumstances, our contracts with the third parties will ensure that the data is properly protected, and we will only disclose such information as is required in order for them to perform the tasks that we have asked them to perform.
