Requesting changes to your Member Account
The Member Log-in pages allow you to request certain changes to your Member Account. If you request a change, it will be sent to the Zurich Royal Mail Service Team who will process the change as soon as possible. The change is not made automatically from the website and you should not assume that the change has been made until you receive confirmation from us.
