  • Complete it and return it with the appropriate supporting documents to:

  • Once we have received the documents for your firm, we’ll aim to process your application within 48 hours.  You will be assigned your own Account Executive to assist with all your Professional Indemnity requirements, so you’ll always have a point of contact should you need help.

  • Your Account Executive will then send you a Quotation Confirmation Form based on the application you have made.  Should you wish to accept the quotation, you simply need to sign the appropriate forms and post back to us*.

  • You can choose to pay in monthly instalments by direct debit.


  • Upon receipt of your signed Quotation Confirmation Form, we will be able to process the policy and place your firm on cover.

All policies issued by Zurich Professional & Financial Lines will be underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company and/or Zurich Insurance Ireland Limited.
