We are so confident in our claims service we have set out our own client claims charter which is detailed below:
Claims notification service
In the majority of cases, no claim form is required, one phone call to our team, and we will start resolving a claim immediately.
Our claims service is there when our clients need it, which means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We will provide assistance and deal with emergencies from anywhere in the world for all types claim – motor, travel & legal, marine and property. This is via one single helpline for client convenience.
Clients are provided with their own personal incident manager who will proactively manage claims from start to finish to ensure complete client satisfaction and guarantee the highest quality of service.
