We believe in providing a high level of personal service and our Client Manager's visit to your home is at the core of our approach to individual insurance.

Should you meet certain criteria you will automatically receive a visit from one of our experienced Client Managers, but if you do not meet the criteria and would specifically like us to visit your home this can easily be arranged.

Our Client Managers are highly experienced in the field of assessing high value, unique or unusual homes and have extensive backgrounds in areas including fine art and contents appraisal, risk management and historic house surveying.
