Unlimited cover for replacement following theft, loss or damage.

Tracing leaking oil, water or gas

Unlimited cover for the costs of finding a leak and any subsequent repairs as a result of any damage caused in tracing the leak.

Gardens and landscaping

Up to 10% of your buildings sum insured and up to £2,500 for any one tree, shrub or plant provided not caused by storm or flood.

Loss of Rent

Up to 3 year’s cover for rent you would have received for a home listed on your schedule if it cannot be lived in as a result of a covered loss or damage.
