One cover for all

Rather than treating each car owned by your family separately, we can insure all vehicles under one policy – including your horse box or classic motorcycle.

Choice of repairer

Our insurance allows you to use your choice of garage for insurance-related repairs.

Courtesy cars

We will provide a courtesy car or up to £4,000 towards the cost of a hire car of similar specification to your car whilst the vehicle is being repaired.

Excess and No Claims Discount

We do not apply an excess or reduce your No Claims Discount:

• If your vehicle is written off following a theft or fire.
  
• For the replacement of vehicle keys, locks and transmitters if they are lost or stolen.
  
• For a loss involving the theft of audio or visual equipment.
  
• If personal effects are stolen from your vehicle.
  
• If you are in an incident where no third party is involved and where we consider you not at fault your No Claims Discount will not be affected or if you are involved in an incident with an uninsured third party or where we cannot trace the third party your No Claims Discount will not be affected.
  
• If a loss occurs when your vehicle is being driven by a member of the motor trade, a valet or a chauffeur we have provided under breakdown cover you will not have to pay an excess.

Car jacking and road rage

We provide you with cover to pay for medical expense costs, loss of salary and to pay for the use of psychiatric services.

Similarly our policy provides cover to pay for medical expenses and psychiatric services in the event of a road rage incident.

Agreed value

This policy enhancement is normally reserved for classic cars and motorcycles, but subject to certain qualifying criteria we can include agreed value cover on all of your vehicles.
