In 2010, Zurich commissioned Ipsos MORI to develop market-leading research to identify and define the key concerns of a range of stakeholders, (CEOs, the public, sector stakeholders and Zurich experts), that relate to the changes in the pubic sector. The results, together with in-depth analysis and commentary from Zurich have been captured in a comprehensive report - ‘TOUGH CHOICES: Different perspectives on long term risks facing the public sector and wider civil society’- , which is available for download.

2011 segment reports

At the start of 2011, once the extent of the budget cuts had become clearer, Zurich Municipal and Ipsos Mori undertook some further research amongst the public to see if these concerns had altered since the original research was carried out.
