Home contents insurance for your tenants

Zurich is launching a new Tenants home contents insurance scheme giving you the opportunity to introduce your tenants to a simple, straightforward and inexpensive policy. It gives your tenants, shared owners and leaseholders the cover they need to protect their belongings against fire, flooding, vandalism and theft.

What are we offering?

Zurich can provide your tenants with an easy, affordable home contents insurance policy with a range of payment options to suit them. And its easy to arrange - once you’ve introduced the scheme to your tenants there is no need for further involvement for your association and all they need to do is call us or complete the simple application form.

Household goods and contents cover against fire, flood and theft
Theft of keys
Public liability
Damage to freezer contents
Access to a 24 hour legal advice helpline
 

What does it cost?

The cost of the policy will be based on the number of bedrooms a home has. We will work with you to develop an individual pricing structure to suit your association’s tenants. We have also arranged quick and simple payment facilities to suit each type of tenant including an exclusive payment card facility through Allpay.
