Zurich Municipal debates recessionary risks in the public sector

On Thursday we sponsored and took part in an exclusive roundtable in coordination with leading magazine Public Finance.

The roundtable was attended by some 20 senior level experts and financial practitioners from organisations spanning local and central government, and think tanks. Andrew Jepp joined to represent Zurich Municipal. 
 
The lively and engaging debate focused on the theme of risk and innovation in the downturn, taking into account the economic and fiscal challenges on public services, the role of innovation and efficiency in helping the public sector get the best out of hard times, and the upsides to merging and sharing services across government.
