We’re delighted to launch our latest web functionality and features that we’ve created for our customers, now available in our member area.
Helping our customers through unprecendented levels of social and economic change has required us to think beyond business as usual - and to focus on how we can adopt relevant technology to meet their evolving needs and requirements.
Over recent months, and in consultation with a number of our customers, we’ve been working on a significant change programme to develop current systems and online capability based on our customers’ stated priorities. We would like to extend our thanks to all customers who took the time to participate in this consultation.
Our online focus is in two key areas – helping customers to manage costs on a sustainable basis whilst improving delivery to their communities; and secondly adding value with industry-leading risk insight, content and opinion.
The member area has a new-look homepage and this area will be regularly updated as a hub for news, views and insight so once you’ve registered, add this page to your favourites and please remember to take a look each time you visit.
Our new features and functionality in the member area include a media player, sector-specific news feeds, claims functionality and a searchable archive of our popular publications, News & Views and Court Circular.
