Zurich Municipal has just launched a unique piece of research, developed in conjunction with Ipsos MORI, at an exclusive event in Westminster. The report entitled – Tough Choices: Different perspectives on long term risks facing the public sector and wider civil society – looks at the real risks facing public and charitable sector organisations, now and in the future.
The report looks into the views of senior executives from local authorities, health services, colleges, universities, charities, police and fire services, and housing associations, as well as those of key stakeholders, Zurich Municipal experts and the public. Tough Choices offers a unique analysis of the risks that lie ahead.
Lord Young gave the keynote address at the launch event, just weeks after publishing his report to the Government on health and safety and the compensation culture. Ben Page, CEO - Ipsos MORI, highlighted key findings from the report, whilst Andrew Jepp, Head of Public Services – Zurich Municipal, gave his thoughts on what the future holds for public service organisations.
The event, on 8th November, was well attended by key figures from the public sector and the wider civil society, as well as MPs and the press.
