Zurich is delighted to announce our sponsorship of the Lifetime Achievement Award category at the Independent School Awards 2011. This is a fantastic opportunity to reward those who have relentlessly innovated and improved the Independent Schools sector.
The Independent Schools Awards will be held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, where the evening’s key speaker will be multiple Olympic medallist and former Commonwealth Champion, Roger Black MBE. Over 300 guests will be in attendance, marking one of the most important annual events in the Independent Schools calendar.
The Lifetime Achievement Award sponsorship demonstrates our long standing commitment to the Independent School sector, as well as recognising dedication to best practice and innovation.
This year’s nominees are typically impressive, and include: Tony Young (Chinthurst School), Gill Sykes (Casterton School), Bernice Boyton Corbett (St Margaret's Prep) and Dr. Stephen Winkley (Rossall School).
We would like to wish all candidates the very best of luck in the Lifetime Achievement and other award categories; an 11-strong judging panel of highly esteemed current and former education professionals will be deciding the eventual winners.
The awards will be taking place from 6.30pm on November 16th, and coverage of the event will be published in Funding for Independent Schools and The Spectator shortly afterwards.
We look forward to greeting our Independent School customers at this event. For further information, please contact anna.hailer@uk.zurich.com.
