Rok, one of our major building services suppliers, unfortunately went into administration on Monday morning. As a result, our UK Property Claims department ceased all work with Rok immediately.
Our key priority at the moment is to you, our customers and we are doing all that we can to minimise the impact this may cause. We have therefore arranged with one of our other main suppliers and surveyors to complete any outstanding work agreed with Rok as quickly as possible.
All new Property claims that usually would be completed by Rok are now handled by one of our other approved Property suppliers, who have the capacity to complete this work.
Am I affected?
If you currently have a claim with Zurich Municipal we want to reassure you that we are taking all the necessary action to ensure that your claim progresses as smoothly as possible.
If you are affected we will be calling you in the next couple of days to talk you through the next steps'.
