Zurich announces the Launch of online claims alerts

We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new facility to help our customers track their claims. You can set up your alerts so you’re notified when there’s a new claim, or an existing claim changes its status, that meets your chosen criteria. For example, you could set up your preferences so you’re only notified about new claims with a reserve greater than £50,000. Once you’ve set up your preferences then your alerts will be shown on the Zurich Municipal members’ homepage and in the near future you will also be able to receive your alerts by email (we’ll email you to let you know when you can subscribe).
