‘Managing Risk and Uncertainty in Social Housing’ guide coming soon

Zurich is pleased to launch the ‘Managing Risk and Uncertainty in Social Housing’ guide to our customers this November.

Since highlighting the key strategic issues for housing providers in our July 2007 Real Risks research report, Zurich has worked closely with senior teams at a number of leading housing providers to develop our insight of the sector. Two years on, with support from external sector experts and commentators, we have developed a guide underlining potential key strategic concerns for social housing providers.

‘Managing Risk and Uncertainty in Social Housing’ has been created with chief executives and senior leaders in mind. The guide covers a range of topics for discussion and underlines the importance of having a risk management culture that is led from the top and is embedded throughout the organisation. Through reading this, customers will find out how risk management can be incorporated into effective management planning. What’s more, senior leaders can learn more about how risk management can be used as a strategic tool to make the most of opportunities available to their organisations.

With the role of risk management being so fundamental to resilience and business success today, this guide should prove to be a beneficial and interesting read for chief executives all over the country so make sure you don’t miss out.

To receive a copy of the guide please contact Corinne.pentucci@uk.zurich.com*
