Final deadlines for Riot Act claims

For damage on the 7th August, today is the deadline day for submitting Riot (Damages) Act claims forms, if you want Zurich Municipal to send them to the Police Authority. The timetable set by the government is very strict, and claims submitted late, will not be considered for compensation. Over the next few days, Zurich Municipal will be collating all of the claims forms and sending them to the relevant Police Authority in plenty of time, ahead of the statutory time limit.

For damage occurring after the 7th August, there is time left, but this is running out. If you have any questions, or are having difficulty submitting your form, please contact your Claims Service Manager or Stewart Powell (telephone 01252 387597) in our Property claims department.
