By popular demand, we have updated and refreshed our Basics of Insurance customer training course for 2010. This lively and interactive course is designed for Zurich customers who are relative newcomers working with insurance and risk management or where insurance is not a major part of their role.
With public sector losses running into billions and legislation placing new responsibilities on our sector, it is important that anyone working in this area has an understanding of the basics of insurance, risk management, legal issues and how to avoid the potential pitfalls.
The course is fully supported with reference documentation and best practice material. Delegates will gain a good understanding of insurance and related issues which, if acted upon appropriately, should help to contain your organisation’s insurance costs and losses.
