Current civil unrest in Egypt - update 

Over the last few days there has been a sizable amount of media coverage regarding the political situation in Egypt and the associated demonstrations and civil unrest.

For individuals indemnified under Zurich Municipal travel policies, cover exists for both cancellation and curtailment. Currently, the situation is extremely fluid and regular updates are being issued by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO). If your organisation currently has individuals in Egypt or may be planning to travel there in the foreseeable future, then we suggest that you contact your Zurich Municipal Risk and Insurance Consultant.
