Zurich Municipal announces 2010 customer days

With the cuts in government spending and the pressure to meet an increasing demand for local services, this year’s programme of customer days is centred on the theme of ‘more for less’.  Experts from Zurich and our panel solicitors will cover issues ranging from the impact of downsizing on your organisation and community, to the changing risk landscape of the public sector.

This programme of full-day events will be held throughout October and November, and will provide detailed workshops on operational risk management, as well as providing you with the opportunity to interact with and learn from like minded colleagues and Zurich representatives.
