The key theme for the 2009 Customer Days is revealed
With reference to our recent article about our customer seminars for 2009, we’re now pleased to outline the agenda and topics for these events. These events are run with the kind support of our panel solicitor partners.
As the world we live in today brings with it ever increasing challenges, ranging from natural disasters to increased constraints on resources to the increasing reliance on partners to deliver business objectives, the issue of resilience becomes ever more prominent. With this in mind, our focus this year is centred on increasing business resilience.
Looking at some of the adverse factors that impact on an organisation’s ability to deliver, our seminars will tackle the topic of resilience from all angles. During the day we will share with our customers issues over the resilience of the insurance market, the risk and resilience of supply chains and discover more about partnerships and the legal and contractual issues affecting their organisations. We will cover some of the lessons to be learned for managing disasters and in the afternoon will explore supply chain further with a practical exercise that we hope will provide key learning and networking opportunities not to be missed.
Zurich Municipal’s Customer Days for 2009 will be taking place during the month of November at 11 different locations throughout the country. For more information or to register please contact Helen Redfern in the Zurich Events Agency by e-mail: Helen.redfern@uk.zurich.com. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis so I would encourage you to confirm your interest as soon as possible.
