Updating your address
If you want to update your address, either call us or complete the change of address form and return it to us. If you have changed your name, please send us supporting documentation.
If you’re unhappy with your plan
We aim to give you high standards of service but if you're unhappy in any way, the first step is to telephone us quoting your plan number. Sometimes we can give you an explanation right away or clear up any misunderstanding but we may have to investigate your concerns and get back to you.

Requesting information in a different format
If you need information on our plans in a different format, just let us know and we’ll do our best to provide it. All our literature is available in large print, Braille and on audio tape or CD. If you are a textphone user, we can answer any questions you have through a Typetalk Operator. Call us on 18001 0845 723 4006. Or, if you’d prefer, we can introduce you or your adviser to a sign-language interpreter.
