Internal Dispute Resolution update

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) issued a letter confirming they had decided not to proceed with the changes, proposed under the Pensions Act 2004, in respect of Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedures.  This may affect section 2.16 of the Trustee guide.
