When you call us, we will ask you some security questions to identify you and confirm you are the real customer. If we are not able to satisfy ourselves of your identity, then we will ask you to write to us instead. We may also require further evidence from you if you want to make a claim. We will let you know as soon as we can during the process if this is the case.
