13 January 2006. Zurich Financial Services in the UK today announced the appointment of Martin Bride as UK Life Chief Financial Officer.
Joining from Aviva, where he was Finance Director of Aviva France, Martin Bride, 42, brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in both operational and finance roles.
In his new role at Zurich, Martin Bride is responsible for delivering efficiency of the capital and legal structures and tracking UK Life financial and performance information. Martin Bride will also ensure that UK Life has adequate operational controls and closely align risk and capital management.
Martin Bride reports to David Sims, UK Life Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Chessher, Chief Financial Officer, and is based in Swindon.
