Zurich Global Corporate UK creates new Business Management team with the appointment of three new Business Manager Leaders.

Zurich Global Corporate UK’s Business Management team has been established to work with customers requiring more complex insurance solutions, across a broad range of products and services, and who also want a relationship with their insurer alongside their broker. Tom White, Director of Zurich Global Corporate UK’s Customer Management Group says, ”Our customers have told us they want a simple way of engaging with Zurich. We have responded by building teams of dedicated ‘go to’ people that will support our customers in finding the best approach to managing their risk and in making their dealings with Zurich easier.”

Alan Moore, Giles Crowley and Mandy McKenzie have been appointed as Team Leaders, fronting the new Business Management Team at Zurich Global Corporate UK.

Alan has over 13 years of experience in the industry, working within insurance companies and brokerages. He is experienced in working with cross class multinational programs for large global corporations.  Most recently, Alan has spent the previous six years with AIG Bermuda, within their Risk Management Division. During this time, he ran a team responsible for service delivery on major corporate clients. Alan will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the new role at Zurich Global Corporate.

Mandy McKenzie (formerly Quain) has joined Zurich Global Corporate with 16 years of experience in the industry having begun her career at Cigna Insurance Company, Europe. 
Mandy later joined Marsh & McLennan initially as a Client Executive and latterly gaining a significant experience fulfilling the roles of Industry Practice Leader, National Development Director and Client Director for the Risk Management Practice. Mandy was a Managing Director of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc and was responsible for the delivery of Marsh’s global resources to key customers.

Giles Crowley has over 17 years of experience in the industry. He began his career at Eagle Star Insurance, before joining Zurich International in 1996, as a Property Underwriter.  From 1999 onwards, Giles has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience working in various roles covering Key Customer Management, Customer Relationship Management and Programme Management. Giles’ comprehensive knowledge of Zurich, together with his experience of running multi-national programmes for large corporate customers will help strengthen the development of this new team.

Tom White, Director of Customer Management Group said “Going forward, this team is accountable for delivering seamless coordination and effective communication between customers, brokers and ourselves which, we believe, will lead to better understanding of our customers' risks.

“This improved knowledge will enable us to develop more effective solutions for managing these risks as well as better service delivery.”
