From today Zurich IFA Group (ZIFA) will face the market with a new identity – Zurich Intermediary Group. Intermediaries will see a look that clearly embraces our strong Zurich brand.
This reflects Zurich’s strategy to capitalise on the opportunities created by the changing regulatory environment, widening its appeal beyond IFAs, to multi-ties, hybrid players, banks, building societies and other intermediaries. Zurich Intermediary Group has recently completed a new deal with Openwork, the UK’s largest multi-tie, to provide Sterling investment products and a new suite of Zurich protection products.
Chris Gillies, Managing Director comments: "By fully embracing the Zurich brand, we will no longer have a separate look and feel from the rest of the Zurich Group. We will build on everything that is good about ZIFA that has enabled us to become a market leader in investments, but with Zurich Intermediary Group we are going to take the concept to a new level, with the overall aim of becoming a top 3 player in our target markets of wealth management and protection.
